1. Services Provided
ClubLens specializes in nightlife photography, offering various packages starting at $300 per event. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on the Services page.

2. Booking and Payment
To book our services, clients must complete a booking form and provide a deposit. Full payment is required before the event date. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights
All images captured by ClubLens remain the property of ClubLens. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal and promotional purposes. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from ClubLens.

5. Limitation of Liability
ClubLens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClubLens operates.
