2. Booking and Payment
Clients can book performances through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, and full payment must be made prior to the performance date. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy
If a Client wishes to cancel a booking, they must notify LaughCraft at least 14 days prior to the performance date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Performance Content
All performances are tailored to the audience and event type. LaughCraft reserves the right to modify the content of performances to ensure appropriateness and relevance.
5. Liability
LaughCraft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Clients agree to indemnify and hold LaughCraft harmless from any claims arising from their event.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which LaughCraft operates.
