4. Subscription and Payment
Artistry Vault offers subscription plans starting at $10/month. Users agree to pay all fees associated with their chosen subscription plan. Payments are non-refundable.

5. Termination
Artistry Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability
Artistry Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Users agree to indemnify and hold Artistry Vault harmless from any claims arising from their use of the Service.
