1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Fortnite Haven, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Membership
Membership at Fortnite Haven is available for a monthly fee of $20. Members are entitled to participate in all club events, tournaments, and coaching sessions. Membership fees are non-refundable and are due at the beginning of each month.

3. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Events and Tournaments
Fortnite Haven organizes various events and tournaments. Participation is subject to registration and availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel events at our discretion.

5. Liability
Fortnite Haven is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in club activities. Members participate at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fortnite Haven operates.
