3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for their behavior during their stay. Any damage to the property or disturbance to other guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

6. Liability
HavenNest is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay. Guests are encouraged to take care of their personal belongings.

7. Modifications
HavenNest reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HavenNest operates.
