Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their preferences, budget, and any other relevant details that may affect the design process. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or unsatisfactory outcomes.

3. Payment Terms
All services provided by ChicSpaces are subject to payment. We offer various pricing packages, and payment is due upon acceptance of the proposal. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified in the invoice.

4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service request within 48 hours of the initial consultation for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by ChicSpaces remain the intellectual property of ChicSpaces. Clients are granted a limited license to use the designs for personal purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability
ChicSpaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChicSpaces operates.
