1. Membership
Membership at BJJ Nexus is available to individuals of all skill levels. By signing up for a membership, you agree to pay the monthly fee as outlined on our Membership Options page. Membership fees are non-refundable.

2. Free Trial Class
We offer a free trial class for new members. To participate, you must register in advance. The free trial is limited to one class per individual.

3. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Liability Waiver
By participating in classes at BJJ Nexus, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. You agree to release BJJ Nexus from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during training.

5. Changes to Terms
BJJ Nexus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify members of any changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
