Welcome to Mystic Illusions. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a performance with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking and Payment: All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of the performance. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Performance Details: Our performances are tailored to the event type and audience. We reserve the right to modify the performance based on the venue and audience size.
4. Liability: Mystic Illusions is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the performance. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the performance.
5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Mystic Illusions operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
