Welcome to GradGrove! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Services Offered
GradGrove specializes in primary school graduation experiences, including personalized ceremony planning, custom decorations, and professional photography services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
2. Booking and Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
4. Liability
GradGrove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are also not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which GradGrove operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
