1. Services Provided
NestGuard offers property management services, including but not limited to tenant placement, property maintenance, rent collection, and financial reporting. We strive to provide exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.

2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your property and to communicate any changes promptly. You are responsible for ensuring that your property complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payment Terms
Our management fees start at 8% of the monthly rent. Payments are due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled.

5. Limitation of Liability
NestGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which NestGuard operates.
