VistaLens provides scenic photography services, including personalized photography sessions. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment
To book a session, clients must contact us via email at contact@vistalens.com or call us at (555) 123-4567. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, and full payment must be made prior to the session.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Intellectual Property
All images captured by VistaLens are the property of VistaLens. Clients are granted a limited license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images requires prior written consent from VistaLens.

5. Limitation of Liability
VistaLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
