4. Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their registration for classes or lessons with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be refunded.

5. Liability Waiver
By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that tennis involves inherent risks. You agree to release Ace Academy from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.

6. Changes to Terms
Ace Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
