1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
VenueVista provides event space rentals for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Our services include event planning assistance and customizable packages.
3. Booking and Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the event date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
5. Liability
VenueVista is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event. Clients are responsible for their guests and any damages caused to the venue or its property.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which VenueVista operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
7. Changes to Terms
VenueVista reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
