Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Eternal Vows. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and the booking of our wedding hall. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking and Payment:
To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
2. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
3. Venue Use:
The venue is to be used solely for the purpose of the event specified in the booking. Any alterations to the venue or its decor must be approved by our management team.
4. Liability:
Eternal Vows is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. Clients are responsible for their guests and any damages caused to the venue.
5. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Eternal Vows operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
