1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

2. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for the current month’s subscription once it has been processed.
