1. Return Period

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@gadgetgalaxy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including opened software, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
