At ChemSource, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Certain products, such as hazardous materials, may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@chem-source.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for assistance.
