To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed. This includes all chocolate products.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
