Refund and Return Policy

At ViolinVibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product purchased from ViolinVibe for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@violinvibe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@violinvibe.com.
