Your satisfaction is our priority at Kite Haven. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including custom kites and accessories that have been opened or used.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
