At MotorMatic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@motormatic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@motormatic.com for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
