You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened items for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom cut fabrics
- Opened sewing supplies
- Sale items
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
