1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@chicnest.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the new item as soon as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description for details.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
