1. Return Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Refund Process: To initiate a return, please email us at support@finelyfresh.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that are not damaged or defective, including but not limited to items that have been opened or consumed.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
