1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from FitGear. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@fitgear.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
