2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gourmethaven.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, opened food items, and gift cards. Please check the product description for specific return information.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
