Refund and Return Policy
At BasketBliss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Customizable gift baskets are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@basketbliss.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
