Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items, such as ammunition and firearms, may have specific return restrictions.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
