At Hunter’s Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@huntershaven.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including opened ammunition and personalized products. Please check the product description for specific return information.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
