Refund and Return Policy

At Bounce Haven, we strive to provide the best inflatable rental experience. Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.


1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date. If you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be issued.


2. Damaged or Defective Products
If an inflatable is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.


3. No Refunds for Weather-Related Cancellations
We do not issue refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions. We recommend monitoring the weather forecast and making arrangements accordingly.


4. Process for Refunds
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
