At ShadeCraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Return Period: You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@shadecraft.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
