Refund and Return Policy

At GreenGear Rentals, we strive to provide the best rental experience. Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which you can return rented equipment and receive a refund.


1. Equipment Returns
All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, barring normal wear and tear. Customers are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period.


2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.


3. Late Returns
Late returns will be charged an additional fee based on the daily rental rate. If equipment is not returned within 48 hours of the due date, it may be considered lost, and the customer will be charged the full replacement cost.


4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return of the equipment. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the rental.
