You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gleamandgrace.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and reason for the return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
