1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
