2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items, such as limited edition products, may not be eligible for return.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
