Refund and Return Policy
At SoundWave Rentals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our rental services. Please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Return Process: All rented equipment must be returned by the end of the rental period. Returns can be made at our physical location or through a scheduled pickup service.
2. Condition of Equipment: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Any damage or excessive wear may result in additional charges.
3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental period begins. If the equipment is returned early, no refunds will be issued for unused rental days.
4. Security Deposit: The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the equipment is returned and inspected for damages.
5. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as late return fees or damage fees, are non-refundable.
