1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@packpal.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description for details.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Exchanges
