Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at FaithShelf. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will send you a replacement at no additional cost.


4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
