You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@packpro.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used products

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
