Refund and Return Policy

At EssenceWave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Return Period
You may return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@essencewave.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
