At EcoCleanse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ecocleanse.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including opened personal care products. Please check the product description for specific return information.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@ecocleanse.com.
