At WigWhirl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom wigs or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@wigwhirl.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us for assistance.
