Refund and Return Policy
At EcoPack Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom printed bags are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ecopacksupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above.
