To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including custom orders and products that have been opened or used.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
