At Harvest Hub, we strive to provide the highest quality fresh produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods
- Customized products
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
