1. Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@trackgear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items
