At Rug Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and undamaged rugs for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
- Pack the rug securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the rug back to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-sized rugs and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order for these items.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
