Refund and Return Policy

At RV Oasis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Return Period
You may return any new, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Custom or special order items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rvoasis.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
