Refund and Return Policy

At RoamRigs, we strive to provide a seamless rental experience. Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued and the expectations for returning our RVs.

1. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any booking fees or insurance premiums paid at the time of reservation are non-refundable.

3. Return Condition: RVs must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes a full tank of gas and a clean interior. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional cleaning or fuel charges.

4. Late Returns: If the RV is returned late, additional charges will apply at a rate of $50 per hour, up to a maximum of one full day’s rental fee.

5. Damage Policy: Renters are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period. Costs for repairs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
