RoamRigs does not offer shipping services for our RV rentals. All rentals must be picked up and returned at our designated locations. Below are the details regarding our pick-up and return process:
1. Pick-Up Location: Customers are required to pick up their rented RV from our specified location. Detailed directions will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.
2. Return Location: RVs must be returned to the same location from which they were picked up. Please ensure that you return the RV during our business hours to avoid late fees.
3. Inspection: Upon pick-up, a thorough inspection of the RV will be conducted. Renters are encouraged to review the condition of the RV and report any pre-existing damages before taking possession.
